Send in a written demand/explanation along with supporting documentation
such as receipts or other proof of payment. Include the student's full name and
birth date and explain what portion of the training was completed and what
still needs to be taken. Precision Driving School has already submitted this
information to CNA, so the information you provide will serve as a
confirmation of who you are and what is due.
